The mother narrowed her eyes, studying Julia. ~You tell the truth!~ she smiled, dipping her head in respect to the elf. ~Hunters are trying to kill my baby and I for our skin. They want to make Dragon Skin gloves- when my baby went missing I was afraid he'd been killed.~ she explained, raising her head again. ~I'm so grateful- is there any way I can make it up to you?~ ~Can we go with her?~ The baby dragon pleaded to it's mom. ~I had lots of fun looking for you! She made sure I wasn't hurt.~ The mother glanced down at her baby and blinked, before looking back at Julia expectantly.

((Squee! Dragons! )) "Well, I'll need to find a safe place where you can be comfortable, yet hidden from other hunters." Julia quickly spoke, she could hardly contain her excitment! One of her largest dreams had finally come true! "Hmm... I think I know a good place: Well hidden, with plentiful prey for you two, since it practically hasn't been touched. Only I know about it. It's a few miles from here, over by that group of mountains in the distance. There's a valley in between those mountains, where all kinds of life flourish, and the only way into it is a single waterfall that is also hidden, but this time by some of the largest trees I've ever seen! I can create a small doorway through the waterfall using my elemental staff, which is how I stumbled upon the safe haven for the creatures in the first place! I explored that area a couple times, and I found a whole bunch of raki and tur. I haven't found anything that could provide a threat to you two!" Julia grinned, happy that the place she found had a good use. She had thought it was useless, except for the bait that all those raki and tur could be. She jumped up and down in excitment.

((Really? Yay! XD))
The mother dragon thought for a moment, considering the place that Julia suggested. ~Hmm... I think I like the sound of that.~ She replied, smiling. The baby dragon jumped up and down in anticipation. ~That sounds like a wonderful place!~ He said, grinning. ~I can fly both of you over to the mountains.~ Said the mother dragon, so Julia and the baby climbed on, and she flew them over to the waterfall, where Julia used her elemental staff to break throught the waterfall, and the dragons settled into the valley, quite content and satisfied. After giving them a tour of the place, Julia said she would be back, for she still wanted to go hunting.

Suddenly a screech was heard as a black shape zoomed near your head, narrowly missing it with sharp fangs. It perched in a tree nearby, letting out ear-splitting screeches, trying to scare you off.

Julia ducked, startled, then took out her dagger and staff, staring at the creature that had attacked.

The creature, a Fraylar Bat, zoomed out of the tree with a screech and aimed for Julia, before swerving at the last minute and landing in the next tree. It was extremely territorial- it didn't want you here for some reason.

Julia sighed, she was angry at herself for trespassing on a creature's territory without even thinking. Quickly, she launched a powerful stream of water at the bat.

The bat sped quickly around the stream of water. It wasn't joking around. Finally it dove from the tree, zooming straight at Julia's head with outstretched teeth.

Julia ducked again, and used to dagger to tear a hole in one of the bat's wings.

The bat fell to the ground, struggling and unable to move. It snapped it's vicious teeth- it was still dangerous, and angry as it's torn wing flapped uselessly on the grass. [/center]

Julia sighed, she was really angry as well. At least the bat could be another catch. She used her staff once more and send an orb of water flying at the bat's head.

The bat became dizzy, and was now even more out of control than before. It flapped around in the grass like a fish scooped from a river, bright fangs cutting blades of grass around it- it was like a lawn mower and a blender as the water, blades of grass, and bat spun around in one big mess.

Julia stared at the bat, then she took out a shruiken and threw it onto the bat's wing that wasn't torn. She felt sympathetic that it was hurt just from protecting its territory, but she needed money badly.
