Krorr yawned. "Work first." He said getting off the barrel and pickig up the net. He gestured at a barrel he had placed about six feet away. "I want you to get that net, squarely over that barrel there like this.' He said picking up the smaller net that had been on the barel and half twisting it around his head throwing it neatly over the barrel. "Once youve done that with that one." He nodded at the bigger net. "Repeat the process with the smaller one. When thats done, move this barrel about ten feet or so and repeat the process." he said before yawning. "then we wil move on to wieghted and wire nets." He sai before shuffleing off.

OoC: I wasn't sure how far I should continue... So I just did, and went kind of far. If you want to say something in between there I could break it up. Oh, and the enter button on this computer is broke. That's why its all just one big long paragraph. xD
With a slight smile, pleased she was able to do something that at least resembled fun, Lydia took the largest of the rope nets, and prepared to throw it. Thinking of the rather bulky net like the wooden disk she had thrown when she was younger, Lydia held the net above her head, slightly off to one of the corners. she thought to attempt the task by throwing it as if it were a large disk. Twisting her arm forward, Lydia didn't know what to make of the floppiness or size of object she was throwing, and tossed a bit to hard, the net landed behind the barrel, and a bit too far to the right. Scowling once more, Lydia walked forward to snatch the net from the ground, determined to try again. This time, she tried not to flick her wrist forward as she did when she was skipping rocks or throwing the disk, and lightened up on her arm. At the release of her second attempt, the net flew straight, as she had hoped but fell short of its target. Now almost positive she had got the hang of it, Lydia copied the same movements of the second throw, but with just a touch more strength, and the net landed on the barrel. Lydia, a frown still on her face moved forward to inspect her work. she had done well, she though, as she looked over the net's position on the barrel. It hadn't been as perfect as Krorr's seemingly effortless toss, but she was pleased none the less. Still, she spotted a problem. "I need much more practice than just this. One stupid mess-up, one slip of the fingers and I'll have lost a catch. I will get better though." Her voice was matter-of fact, but all the same, she folded the rope net and placed it on a crate. As she picked up the second, smaller net and examined it, she felt sure that this lighter, less bulky work would be much easier to manage than the first. It would all be a matter of aim. Adjusting the strength of her throw to this smaller net, Lydia moved into the practiced twist of the wrist she always used when throwing almost anything else. Despite the fact the distance was fine, the net had gone a foot off mark, hissing to herself that she needed to break that habit, Lydia moved forward to try again with the smaller net. With another throw, the net landed neatly on the barrel, Lydia trotting after it to see how she had done. Pleased by the fact it had landed on the barrel, and perhaps more on center than the first and larger net. Lydia neatly placed the small net on the crate beside the larger one, then turned to push the target barrel back a few yards. Picking up the large net once mare, Lydia faced the more distant target, feeling trouble with this throwing session. Thinking she would have to throw much harder Lydia moved her arm faster and the net spun around itself, falling short of its target by three feet. Quickly jumping forward, she caught up the net. Less spin... Deciding to only quicken her throwing speed in the last second of the toss, Lydia tried again. The result was better, the net hit the barrel, but was over-balanced, falling off to the left. A little more cheerfully, the net was retrieved, and Lydia gave it another shot. This third time, Lydia knew somehow the net was going to fall on the barrel, though she knew batter then to hope. Once again, she twisted her arm a bit above and tossed, curling her fingers slightly. the net, as it attempted to leave her hand, caught on her curled fingers and fell limply about her hand. Were her feeling ever wrong this time... Hastily dropping the net, Lydia felt heat rush to her cheeks, and promptly moved her hands up to cover her burning face. "Stupid idiot." She mumbled to herself shaking her head slightly, breathing in deeply through her nose as her stomach seemed to drop into her toes. Lifting her hands enough so she could speak, Lydia said as calmly as she could in her embarrassment at such a failure, "I must look like such an idiot, even as an apprentice. Incompetent..." Slowly she dropped her hands from her face, though she knew her face must still be flushed pink, and looked down sourly at her dropped net.

Kror was watching this from his stall, he rolled his eyes at the girls back. "tter nonsense." He muttered to himself then after glanceing backdown at the net he had been repairing looked back to her. "Hey! I'm not paying you to stand around gawking! Kepp going!" He yelled. okay, so he wasn't paying her at all but sstill, it was the first thing that came to mind. Net throwing took...alot of practice. He glanced to the side of the stall where Scillion was resting, her massive black form was almost taller than the stall itself, even when she was lieing down. "What do you think huh?" He asked her quietly. "She any good or am I wasteing my time?" He asked her in an undertone. Scillion turned her eight eyes to krorr as he spoke and in answer made a non commital hissing noise, shrugging her legs a bit.

Obediently picking up the net, Lydia brought it up above her head once more, greatfully feeling the flush of heat die in her face with the same movement, and this time careful to keep her hand flat, she tossed the net. Smiling very slightly, Lydia watched the net drift down from its hight to land on the barrel. In a few steps, Lydia retrieved the net, folding it up to replace it with the smaller net. She was happier with this net; though it was smaller, it was easier to manage, and didn't get tangled up in her unpracticed hands. The movement that she had used in the previous throws she used here, speeding up her arm for the throw just before she released. Biting her lip, she watched it descend. The land was less perfect than the last throw with the larger net, she thought, as she leaned over to observe the land but still, it was balanced enough to stay firmly on the barrel. In a soft voice, rather guilty she had been caught moping, Lydia said in Krorr's direction, "I'm done. sorry for standing around."

Scillion got up and walked over to the grl, each of her dark black eyes glinting slightly in the dawn light. She opened her mouth, pincers wideening and then closed it again, haveing yawned. She then walked directly over her, to roll the barrel back towards the shed.
Krorr chuckled softly and patted one of Scillion's hard armored legs as she passed. "Here." He muttered tossing a small coin at her. "get yourself breakfast, after the wire nets and wieghted ones...You can go out with Scillion." He said with a half smile jerking his head at the masive, armored arachnid that had settled herself down by the stall again. "Do a little bit of hunting, maybe." He said as he turned around and headed for the stall again. he was getting tired of being kept in the market himself. Little did she know it but him letting her go anywhere lone with Scillion was a great trust,. He yawned as he dug out a couple wieghted nets of different sizes and one wire one, floding them carefully and setting the,m on the counter. Scillion was dozeing when he looked towards her again and he smiled shakeing his head before continueing to whitle away at a stick.

((Did I need to officially buy that? Hope I didn't...))
Watching curiously as Scillion approached, she said happily, "Thanks." Her spirits were restored by the thought of food and a hunting expedition. Catching the coin, she rushed off around the outside of the market to get her meal. A few minutes later, she returned with a piece of bread topped with a boiled egg balanced on one hand, and a flask of water in the other. Perching herself on one of the many crates, she began pealing the shell off of the boiled egg, letting the flask of water dangle from a strap around her wrist. Wrapping the piece of bread around the egg, Lydia took a bite, happy she could satisfy the faint burning in her stomach. After a few bites of the thick wrap, a satisfied half smile replaced her look of calm indifference, and Lydia took a gulp of water from her flask. "Ok, done. I guess I'll get started then." Lydia moved forward to pick up the wire net, walking up to the moved barrel and preparing to throw. Despite the fact that the wire was hard to knot, she couldn't see how it would be all to difficult to throw. In an easy movement, Lydia twirled the net above her head before grabbing on to a section slightly off center. Then, with a gentle toss, she watched her progress as the net made its was through the air. The balance of the wire net was much like the rope, but the weight was different. The wire net slowed and fell about three quarters of the way to its target. With a brief look of disappointment, Lydia scooped up the wire net, reminding herself that at least it was getting easier. A second attempt brought the wire net down neatly over the barrel. Folding up this latest net, Lydia dropped it on the counter, looking at the weighted nets in confusion, wondering how to throw something with uneven weight. Deciding this time it was better to speak up than make a fool of herself, she looked up at Krorr, "How do I throw these?" she asked, gesturing to the pile of differently sized weighted nets.

Krorr yawned as e picked one up, carefull to grab the center. he could throw one from almost anuyewhere but it took lots of practice. Grumbling under his breath he tested the wieghts, they pulled slightly onto one side and he frowned, he would have to balance it out later. "Like this." He said this time grabbing it by one corner and swinging it underhand toward ther barrel, it landed on top of it, alittle off because of the angle atr wich it had to be thrown but the wieghts quickly carried it further, wrapping around the barrel tightly. He picked up the next net, tested it and grabbed a corner once more. "or like this..." He said before tossing it at the same angle, but overhand it spun through the air and wrapped itself around the barrel once more. He picked up the last one that he had brought out and grabbed it by its middl, tested it and sepped back before swirling forward a half pace to allow the net more clearence around his waist. This was mainly because of the shortness of his arms, he let go and it soared easily to land on the barrel also wrapping itself tight.
He brushed of his hands and pulled a crate to watch the girl. Scillion had one dark beady eye half open, watching in a bored fashion.

With a nod of understanding, Lydia grabbed the smallest of the weighted nets, deciding the overhand was most similar to the way she had thrown the rest of the nets. Spinning as it reached its target, the net landed on top of the brawl, but the weights promptly overbalanced the net, and it slid off. Used to this kind of thing by now, Lydia simply walked forward and grabbed up the net for a fresh attempt. This time, she used a little less vigor as she threw. The net slid easily through the air, landed soundly on top of the barrel; the weights spinning around the wooden sides, stopping it from sliding off. Despite the fact she thought this a lucky shot, Lydia still felt rather proud of herself, as she got the net off the barrel and began to fold it.

Krorr yawned from where he sat. "Alright." Take...the large rope net and a small rope net. And the smallest wieghted one." He said gruffly. "Scillion will take you out." He finishedgetting off his barrel and heading for his stall nce more packing a few nets and other such things in his already half packed pack. Once the pack was full he boarded up the stall, leaveing the nets he had told the girl to take off to one side of it he lifted his mace and wandered towards the end of the market and towards the mountains.
Scillion stirred and got up walking over to the girl and dropping the nets she would need on the ground. she waited, towering above the human.

((This means a new board, eh?))
"OK then," Lydia said and with a quick smile, and a glance up at Scillion she scooped up the three nets she had been told to take, holding them still partially folded in her hand. The huge spider-like creature was amazing, thought Lydia, and Krorr obviously valued her greatly as a companion. Hopeful that she too would soon find a friend of this nature, Lydia walked out of the market and into the open air, wondering who would be leading this exposition.
